Anne Kinyua

Bachelor of Laws Degree, Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Diploma- Kenya School of Law. Anne was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in December, 2011. She is a commissioner for oaths and Notary Public as well as certified mediator.

Anne brings extensive corporate experience to her role, having worked in various organizations before joining the firm. Anne is well versed in and oversees Banking and Finance, Commercial Practice, Conveyancing, Corporate practice and Insurance. She is notably recognized within the insurance industry excelling in insurance recovery, strategic planning for recovery from initial demand to executing attachment of judgment debtors' assets to enforcement of court decrees. Anne also excels as a master negotiator who has handled precedent setting settlements and alternative dispute resolution negotiations.

Susan Maingi

Bachelor of Laws Degree, Kampala International University, Diploma, Kenya School of Law. She was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in the year 2010. She is a commissioner for oaths and Notary Public as well as a certified mediator and keenly interested in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

The areas of practice and specialty include dispute resolution, banking litigation, conveyancing, consultancy in corporate governance, public procurement, corporate secretarial services, mediation, legal audit, debt recovery, employment law and consultancy on emerging areas of law. Her self-drive, ambition, and innovative thinking propel her towards excellence. Susan thrives in collaborative settings, fostering teamwork and effective communication. Leading the commercial transactions department, she approaches challenges with determination and expertise. Stacey Achieng

Although young , she is an Advocate who has great experience in matters alternative dispute resolution fronts where she has become adept.
