Anne Kinyua

Qualifications

Bachelor of Laws degree, Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Diploma- Kenya School of Law. Anne was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in December, 2011. She is a commissioner for oaths and Notary Public as well as certified mediator.

Areas of Practice and Specialty

Anne brings extensive corporate experience to her role, having worked in various organizations before joining the firm. Anne is well versed in and oversees Banking and Finance, Commercial Practice, Conveyancing, Corporate practice and Insurance. She is notably recognized within the insurance industry excelling in insurance recovery, strategic planning for recovery from initial demand to executing attachment of judgment debtors' assets to enforcement of court decrees. Anne also excels as a master negotiator who has handled precedent setting settlements and alternative dispute resolution negotiations.

Susan Maingi

Bachelor of Laws degree, Kampala International University, Diploma, Kenya School of Law. She was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in the year 2011. She is a commissioner for oaths and Notary Public as well as a certified mediator and keenly interested in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
