Charging Of Legal Fees
We charge fees in accordance with the provisions of the Advocates Remuneration Order,2014 and Advocates (Remuneration) (Amended) Order, 2014. We are however amenable to negotiations especially where a client has a sizeable legal portfolio or needs constant legal representation/ advise. In such instances, we encourage them to make suggestions on the mode of billing and we do accommodate them by tailoring retainer packages vis-a-vis their needs.
